Stylish Pattern Privacy Policy

Masum Hossain built the Stylish Pattern app as a free app with ads and an optional in-app purchase. This service is provided by Masum Hossain and is intended for use as is.

This page explains what information is collected when you use the app, how it is used, and the choices you have. If you use the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described here.

Information Stored on Your Device

Your favorite patterns, the patterns you create, your settings, unlocked hints and your premium status are stored only on your device. I do not collect this information, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, such as device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address and app usage data. Their use of that information is governed by their own privacy policies:

Advertising

The app shows ads through Google AdMob, including banner, native, full-screen and optional rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are only shown when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-app reward. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and other information to show ads and measure their performance.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before ads can be personalized. You can change your choice at any time from Privacy Setting in the app menu. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The app offers an optional one-time purchase that removes ads and unlocks all hints. Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. I do not receive or store your payment details. Google Play tells the app whether you own the purchase so that premium features can be unlocked, and this status is stored on your device. Google's handling of your purchase information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Notifications

If you turn on "Pattern of the day", the app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging to send you a daily notification. You can turn it off from the app menu or in your device's notification settings.

App Configuration

The app uses Firebase Remote Config to turn features on or off without an app update. It uses a Firebase installation identifier, which does not identify you personally.

Log Data

When an error occurs in the app, third-party services may collect data and information on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app, the time and date of your use of the app, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. The app does not use cookies directly. However, third-party code and libraries in the app may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information and improve their services.

Security

I value your trust and use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The app may contain links to other sites, including in ads. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by me, so I strongly advise you to review their privacy policies. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, I will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact me so that I can take the necessary action.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review this page periodically. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page.
